The Childers Showgrounds is located just a short drive from the Childers CBD and is an ideal amenity for sporting groups to undertake regular track and field training and competition as well as all football codes. The fully irrigated showgrounds is rated one of the best sports facilities in country Queensland and offer a well-maintained sports oval including lighting, grandstand, toilets, change rooms, exhibition hall and off street parking. The exhibition hall is an ideal venue for community gatherings, dance and fitness classes. The Showgrounds provides several access points for both vehicle and foot traffic as well as an unloading point, stables and yards for stock.
