Council's Corporate Plan is a five-year plan that incorporates community engagement. All councillors and local government employees have a responsibility to carry out their duties in a way that ensures Council achieves its corporate plan.
The Corporate Plan is a legislative requirement pursuant to the Local Government Act 2009 and Local Government Regulation 2012.

Council adopted the new 2025 - 2030 Corporate Plan on 21 February 2025 to commence as of 1 July 2025.
