Superseded Planning Scheme for Kolan Shire
The superseded Planning Scheme for Kolan Shire is an Integrated /Planning Act 1997 compliant planning scheme. It was adopted on 18 April 2006 and came into effect on 26 April 2006. On 19 July 2011 Council adopted Version 2 of the Planning Scheme, which came into effect on 20 July 2011.
