Superseded Planning Scheme for Bundaberg City
The superseded Planning Scheme for Bundaberg City, also known as the Bundaberg City Plan, is an Integrated Planning Act 1997 compliant planning scheme. It was adopted on 5 February 2004, and came into effect on 15 March 2004. Council adopted Version 2.00 on 12 July 2007, which came into effect immediately.
