Superseded Planning Scheme for Burnett Shire
The Superseded Planning Scheme for Burnett Shire (also known as the Burnett Shire Planning Scheme 2006) is an Integrated Planning Act 1997 compliant planning scheme. It was adopted on 10 May 2006 and came into effect on 31 May 2006. On 22 February 2011, Council adopted Version 1 of the Planning scheme, which came into effect immediately.
