Your Water Advice Notice includes the below details: 

  • Name and address of the ratepayer/s
  • Property address where the water meter is located 
  • Meter number attached to the property 
  • Your water consumption shows the water meter readings, water used in kilolitres and number of days
  • Consumption comparison graphs:
    • The first graph shows your average daily water consumption. The graph shows figures from your previous bills for comparison (if available).
    • The second graph compares your average daily water consumption with the average water use in your suburb and the Bundaberg Regional Council residential average water use. 

Water advice notice explained

Your Rates Notice includes the below details: 

  • Name and address of the ratepayer/s
  • Rates billing period
  • Assessment number - this is your reference number to use when contacting Council regarding your notice. 
  • Valuation - issued by the Department of Resources. Council uses this valuation to calculate your general rate.
  • Area - the size of your land in square metres or hectares.
  • Issue date - the official date Council issues your rate notice. The rate notice data is collated prior to this issue date. 
  • Due date - the date the rate notice needs to be paid by. 
  • Council charges
  • State Government charges (State Emergency Levy)
  • Amount due 
  • Water Meter Readings for your reading period. 
  • Payment details
