In May 2024, Bundaberg Regional Council and the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
This MOU seeks to create a strong, transparent, and positive working relationship between Council and the UDIA including the establishment of a Joint Working Committee with a purpose to advance good planning and development and to promote the Bundaberg Region and attract investment.
The Joint Working Committee will meet on at least a quarterly basis
