Welcome Baby and Flourish Family Fun Day

The annual Welcome Baby Celebration gives new parents the opportunity to welcome their baby as a valued member of the Bundaberg Region community.

To celebrate this special time, participants will receive a Welcome Baby Gift Pack with a signed certificate from the Bundaberg Region Mayor.

Participants will also have the opportunity to have a photo with their new baby and the Mayor!

To participate, your child must be 18-months old or younger on the day of the event and you must be a resident of the Bundaberg Region. 

While registrations have closed for 2026, the Flourish Family Fun Day is open to the whole of community.

Flourish Family Fun Day will be held on Thursday 1 October at the PCYC. The event includes free entertainment, information stalls and activities for the whole family, along with food and drinks available for purchase. Come along for some free family fun and information!

Cost: Free, open to the whole community
