Arafmi is the peak body for unpaid, informal mental health carers in Queensland, advocating for systemic reforms to government, service providers and other stakeholders.
It also provides support services at no cost to Queensland families and carers who support someone experiencing mental health challenges. These services include a 24-hour Carer Support Line, individual and group support, workshops and respite accommodation.
Arafmi Carer Support Services are funded by Queensland Health and Arafmi also proudly delivers programs for and in partnership with Wellways Carer Gateway.
