4 Seasons Community Services provides compassionate, person-centred support to children, young people, adults and families across Bundaberg and surrounding communities.
Our services include social work therapy, Social Work Functional Capacity Assessments and NDIS reports, autism functional assessments, support coordination/recovery coach, support workers, community participation, Victim of Crime and WorkCover social work services.
We work collaboratively with individuals, families and other professionals to build capacity, strengthen wellbeing and support meaningful participation in everyday life. Private and NDIS-funded (self-managed/plan managed) services are available.
