Free Chair Yoga with the Rural Yoga Roadshow

The Rural Yoga Roadshow is coming to Childers! Join us at the Isis Cultural Centre on Tuesday 14 September for some low-intensity chair yoga to learn different ways to keep moving.

Everyone is welcome to the session and no experience is needed!
