Post Billpay

Pay in-store at Australia Post, online at or by phone 13 18 16.

Ratepayers can also download the Scan and Pay app. Using your smart phone, scan the barcode on the front of the Rate Notice and follow the prompts to make a payment.

***Due to an issue with the Australia Post barcode on rates notices, residents who prefer to pay their rates at Australia Post are encouraged to double-check the total printed on their notice matches the amount scanned prior to finalising payment. As a result of a printing error, the Australia Post barcode on notices issued this week is scanning incorrectly.  No other payment methods have been impacted.  If you have already paid your rates at Australia Post and are unsure if the correct amount was processed, call Council on 1300 883 699 and our rates team can help.

Mail payment

Include your rate notice assessment number or a copy of your account and return it with your payment details, and return it with your payment to Bundaberg Regional Council, PO Box 3130, Bundaberg QLD 4670. All cheques are to be in Australian dollars and should be made payable to Bundaberg Regional Council. Acceptance of a cheque and the issue of a receipt therefore is conditional on collection of the proceeds and until collection, no credit is given or implied.
