The Bundaberg Region is gearing up for a true‑blue Australia Day celebration, bringing everyone together for a fun, relaxed and family‑friendly day at Nielson Park on the beautiful Bargara foreshore.

This free event is packed with live music, hands‑on activities, friendly competitions, games and plenty of great food. It’s a chance to celebrate community spirit, enjoy the coastline and make the most of a classic Aussie summer’s day.

• Food stalls and family‑friendly games
• Live performances by Matt Barker, Marah Music, the Spargo Brothers and the Ryan Giles Band
• Prawn‑peeling competition
• Mullet throwing competition
• Roving entertainment
• Face‑painting station

• Bubble entertainment, including a bubble play area during the first two hours
• Get Ready Queensland presentations from Emergency Services
