Special events grants up to $1,000
As part of Council’s commitment to provide a Safe, Active, Vibrant & Inclusive Community, Council’s grant program ‘Special Events’ allows for funding namely Australia Day, ANZAC Day Commemorations and Community Christmas Celebrations.
The Special Events Grant amount available is up to $1,000 per event. Council allows organisations to make applications for additional events via other funding programs where applicable. Multiple applications for the same event are not allowed (excluding RADF).
Applications for the Special Events Grant Program are open via three (3) rounds as follows:
- Round 1 – Closed
- Round 2 – Closed
- Round 3 – Opens 2 January 2023 – closing 4.00 pm Friday 3 March 2023 (for projects commencing after 31 March 2023)
Notification of assessment outcomes will be advised within 21 working days after application close.
