Booking a Council venue
The Bundaberg Regional Council Venues & Facilities Unit provide a wide range of community venues and facilities that are available for hire to the public, community and sporting groups, and businesses.
Booking a venue
Bookings for all Council venues located in the region can be made by contacting their relevant Service Centre or venue booking contact to ascertain if the venue is available and to arrange the booking.
For venues managed by Council, an application form must be obtained, and the completed form returned to the Service Centre no later than five working days prior to the event, before confirmation can be given. Hire fees must be paid prior to the hire.
Once the booking is confirmed, hirers may then collect keys no earlier than three working days prior to the event.
Hire fees and charges
The fees and charge costs are dependent upon the length of hire, facilities and equipment used and the nature of the event.
To obtain hire costs, it is recommended hirers discuss their requirements with Council's Bookings Office staff located at the Civic Arcade Office, 157 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg, or by phoning 07 4130 4162, and ask to speak to the Bookings Office.
