Bundaberg CBD Revitalisation

Bundaberg Regional Council is embarking on an ambitious project to revitalise the Bundaberg CBD and establish a premier commercial hub for the Wide Bay.

Council is seeking your input into the key considerations and priorities to guide Council in this project. Council will be engaging a designer to bring these ideas to life.

Currently, the CBD revitalisation is focused on the first stage shown as elements S1 and S2 on this staged plan. Improving car parking is a key issue for the revitalisation of the CBD however this issue requires a whole of CBD approach.  Elements S1 and S2 have the potential to include minor improvements to car parking including line marking and parking hours.  Further options for car parking will be considered in later stages of the project.

To have you say on a range of aspects concerning the CBD, please complete any or all of the following surveys.  Council will moderate the comments to create a productive and safe environment for you to engage with the project, without intimidation or insults.  Please note that your submissions will not appear on the maps until this moderation has taken place within normal business hours.

Toilet Facility Survey

Council understands from previous engagement, that an additional public toilet facility may be required.

There is infrastructure to install a new public toilet facility in Targo Street (between Bourbong and Woongarra Streets) and Barolin Street (between Bourbong and Woongarra Streets).

Click on the existing or proposed toilet facilities and have your say by liking or leaving a comment   for us.
